Job Description
We are looking for a professional Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions within our medical aesthetics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation to administer monthly payroll, benefits, and leave management
- Conduct comprehensive staff performance evaluations using data-driven metrics and analytics
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, turnover patterns, and areas for improvement
- Design and implement staff organizational structures to optimize team efficiency and reporting relationships
- Develop workforce planning strategies based on business growth projections and performance data
- Lead organizational restructuring initiatives to support business expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or beauty industry
- Knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation
- Proven track record in organizational design and staff evaluation systems
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multitasking abilities
- Strategic thinking abilities for organizational planning
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Experience in medical or aesthetics industry is a plus
- Experience with HR analytics tools and performance management systems is a plus
