Qualification

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related fields.

2. Proficient in English.

3. Have knowledge in product structure, functions, and related processes (injection molding, stamping, spraying, assembly, etc.) of small household appliances (such as trimmers, air purifiers, etc.).

4. Know relevant laws, regulations, safety standards, environmental protection standards, etc., for small household appliances such as trimmers, air purifiers, etc.

5. Know various quality management methods such as the five major tools for quality management, 8D reports, and 5WHY analysis.

6. Good communication skills.

7. Under 40 years old. Like sports.

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish, maintain, and improve the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with national regulations and internal company standards.

2. Regularly organize and implement internal quality audits, collect and organize audit data, and continuously improve and optimize the quality management system.

3. Responsible for quality planning during the new product development phase, confirming the quality characteristics, standards, and objectives of the product with the design department and other departments, and developing quality inspection plans for each stage of new product development.

4. Establish a quality risk identification, assessment, and control mechanism, be able to use tools such as FMEA to identify and assess quality risks, and develop and implement quality risk control measures.

5. Monitor the quality of the entire product production process and be able to use tools such as SPC to analyze process quality data and determine whether production is in a stable state.

6. Promote the implementation of quality process improvement projects and optimize product production processes through lean production methods.

7. Establish a quality information database, collect various types of quality information both inside and outside the company, classify, organize, and integrate them, and regularly provide feedback on quality information to various departments of the company.
