Responsibilities
• Carry out basic performance testing of samples
• Assist business team in packing, assembling, and setting of basic visual & functional testing of different samples according to internal procedures
• To develop and maintain our product quality policy to comply by countries and retailor safety, labelling and environmental-friendly requirement
• To analyze and improve the current workflow to implement and sustain an efficient quality management system
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate quality-related risks in the product development process.
• To handle customer complaints and follow-up on the improvement including engineering changes
Requirements
• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in an associated QA role
• Experience with toys & hard goods
• Knowledge and understanding of US/Canada/EU safety test standards/regulation and requirements would be required
• Possess the skills to evaluate samples and recommend any appropriate design or construction modifications
• Frequent travel, able to work in both HK office and Mainland China factory and Vietnam
