Customer Service Officer

• Handling daily operation works of client
• Maintain relationship with customers, such as explaining service plan and answering client's enquires
• Organizing and supporting customer regular events by communicating with different parties

Requirement -

• DEGREE or above, with related experience in customer service preferred
• Relevant experience in data handling and campaign implementation
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
