Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Outbound Calls (non-sales)
  • Ensure customer feedback are effectively and efficiently resolved with courtesy
  • Fulfill daily operational tasks and documentation in accordance with Key Performance Index.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years’ experience at least in any segment of customer services
  • Customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner
  • Hands on PC skills (Microsoft office, Internet etc.)
  • Working time  - Europe hours
  • May require working on Public Holiday, weekends to meet the requirement of concerning project
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
