E-Commerce Assistant - Part time (Long term)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create product detail pages and upload products across all e-commerce channels
• Update store design periodically for all e-commerce channels
• Develop and design eDMs for brand.com
• Execute promotions and campaigns for all e-commerce channels

• Provide customer service via email for all e-commerce channels

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• Work 4 full days a week
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in Microsoft office, GA4, CMS is preferred
• Site management & customer service experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Passion for online retail and eager to learn

• Good problem solving and presentation skills
