Sales & Marketing Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at Lawrence Jewellery and play a key role in supporting our directors, sales executives, and marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Customer Support:
- Assist sales executives in exhibitions, customer order processing, shipments, and digital invoicing.
- Help build relationships with potential clients and maintain ongoing communication.

Operations & Stock Management:
- Support stock management, including tracking inventory input/output.

Marketing & Events:
- Collaborate on photo/video shoots, social media content, website updates, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and executing jewellery events.

Team Coordination:
- Work cross-departmentally to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Hong Kong resident.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.
- University graduate preferred.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00/Saturday 10:00-14:00/Lunch time (one hour) 14:00-15:00
