IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide office automation support to all business units.

• Troubleshooting and support for issues related to computer hardware and software,

  video/audio equipment, and other related peripherals

• Ensure proper document of setup, inventory and ISO document are done and

  updated as per company technology policy

• Conduct training for end-users to educate about new software, hardware and

  security feature

• Support IT/OT and telecommunication projects; work with business users and

  system integrator to ensure business and company technology policies requirement

  are fulfilled

• Liaison and management of System integrators or vendors
• Manage and Facilitate OT vendors
• IT and Network Asset management

Network

• Design, implement and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructure and devices. These include Firewall, Routers. Layer 2/3 Switches, Wireless Controller,
• Wireless Access Point and etc
• Take charge of network security and establish compliance with company
• Technology policies/procedures through ongoing security reviews and audits
• Perform inter-vlan routing and configuration to enhance the security of our environment
• Perform network tuning and optimization on a time to time basis to improve the availability to the users
• Installation, Management and troubleshooting of PBX, Biometric Attendance
• Systems, Video conferencing equipment, CCTV cameras and Card accessing system

Server

• Setup, Manage and Maintain Microsoft Servers infrastructure (AD / DHCP/ DNS / Sharepoint/ SCCM)
• Perform system administration, maintenance, fine-tuning and manage capacity planning for all servers
• Perform system hardening, upgrade and patching accordingly to company technology policy
• Proactively respond and monitoring of system alert messages and event logs
• Provide fault management and high availability of all IT equipment
• Ensure backup is properly performed and data restoration are tested on periodic basis
• Manage AV and Endpoint for patch management

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in IT related studies
• Min 3-5 years working experienced
• Certified Cisco Network Professional
• Microsoft Certified System Administrator
• Good communication and leadership skills

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001.
