Assistant Store Manager (副店長) Pacific Place (太古廣場)

Job Purpose: 

Provide support for the shop manager to ensure the shop floor runs smoothly, ensuring team productivity & sales performance, handling escalated customer issues, ensure that staff grooming, attitude, behavior, speech are in line with company guidelines., keep abreast of market, competitors’ activities and informing management accordingly.

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Joyce’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for achievement of Sales in line with Shop’s Seasonal & Annual Budget;
• Responsible for the in-store customer experience;
• Responsible for sales team’s delivery of real-time service to customers;
• Responsible for Sales team’s execution of Joyce Service Standards;
• Active mix & match, sales & service training, seeking merchant support when required; To develop maximum productivity of sales people;
• Assist Store Manager in managing the daily shop operations;
• Assist with all manpower arrangements to ensure optimum productivity;
• Pay attention to all inventory issues and stock rotation that may impact sales results;
• Ensure secure & accurate POS transactions;
• Maintaining high standard of VM & store presentation, ensure all customer-touch-points are consistently perfect;
• Ensure all sales staff are fully trained and up to date with the service standards, and developed to perform their job to the highest possible level.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years retail sales experience in fashion industry, of which 3 years in similar capacity.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and inspire the team effectively.
• Passion in fashion and luxury retail.
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua with effective communication and interpersonal skills
