Operations Manager

A renowned high-end Japanese dining group is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead the opening of a new outlet in Macau and support re-opening efforts in Japan and Hong Kong. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple regions and uphold the group’s commitment to excellence in service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the pre-opening of the Macau location

• Oversee daily operations post-opening, ensuring efficiency and quality

• Support re-opening projects in Japan and Hong Kong in collaboration with executive teams

• Maintain brand consistency and service standards across all locations

• Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and operations teams

• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting

• Handle administrative tasks, licensing, and compliance

• Serve as the main liaison between local teams and headquarters

Employment Details:

• Base Location: Macau (initial assignment)

• Travel required to Japan and Hong Kong

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations, preferably in Japanese fine dining

• Proven leadership and project management skills

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is a plus

• Prior experience with restaurant openings or re-openings is highly preferred

• Willingness to be based in Macau and travel as needed
