Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle both verbal and written enquiries, requests and complaints from customers through inbound/outbound calls, email, WhatsApp or WeChat tactfully and professionally to align with the corporate image;
  • Update CRM Systems record during daily calling activities;
  • Prepare appointment booking in MS operations system;
  • Co-ordination with other internal/external parties;
  • Prepare appointment booking in operations system;
  • Responsible for case investigation;
  • Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required;

Working hour

  • 5 Days work per week
  • 9am to 6pm

Working location

    Kowloon Bay

Requirements

  • Form 5/ DSE or above;
  • Matriculated or above with at least 2 years' customer service experience;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
  • Communication skills in English/Putonghua will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications include Chinese Word Processing;
  • Knowledge in Electrical Appliance Product will be an advantage;
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer
