Job responsibilities
- Reception duties and general administrative support.
- Handling incoming calls and general inquiries.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and courier service deliveries
- Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements
- HKCEE / DSE graduated or above with 2 years working experience
- Be self-motivated, initiative, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility and cooperative
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, fair in spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Working Location : Kwai Chung
