Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for leading the business in Hong Kong by ensuring sustainable business success with profit maximization while driving operations efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for Hong Kong P&L, drive penetration with continuous margin improvement and ensure EBIT / related KPIs (e.g. sales forecast accuracy, stock level, cashflow, etc) are met

Formulate and implement domestic sales, channel, category & assortment strategies (in conjunction with marketing strategies) to ensure sustainable business success

Design, manage and implement all consumer sales activities with business plans, commercial calendar, go-to-market excellence and evaluation/learnings

Analyze and track sales & distribution by channel to expand footprints and enhance sell-through & merchandising visibility

Drive all new product launches and relaunches to create impact in town with good rapport from all trade partners, customers and consumers

Drive pilot projects or corporate initiatives for success and learnings for the bigger regions

Ensuring all marketing and promotion mix (e.g. product mix, price index, promotion frequency) are aligned with global brand guideline while driving Route-to-market (RTM) & A&P optimization

Understand and formulate plans to drive continuous operations efficiency in conjunction with internal stakeholder alignment

Demonstrate close rapports and leadership with all external stakeholders like trade partners, shop owners, agencies and internal stakeholders (e.g. domestic Marketing and Trade Marketing team, global team and other enabling teams)

Keep abreast of the market trend, competitive landscape and channel dynamics to identify opportunities and threats with devised planning and implementation

Prepare, drive and conduct regular sales analysis, reviews and budget presentations

Build a passionate and committed team to excel budget related targets, succession planning and resources deployment
Requirements:
-
Bachelor Degree or above in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
-
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods/retail industry with more than 5 years in sales leadership, P&L and team management capacity

Possess strong sales & distribution capability, diverse customer network and familiar with RTM models and channels (e.g. Key Accounts, General Trade, Distributors, Institutional, Hospitality, DTC, E-commerce).

Familiar with category, assortment, channel and distributor management and executions

Strong business acumen, excellent analytical and presentation skills

Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, appreciate diverse cultures and inclusion

Strategic and flexible, change management
-
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
