Senior/ Administration Officer - Maintenance (Sales) Division (Ref: SAO/MTS)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all administrative works and documentary control
  • Preparing reports, forms, letters, quotations etc.
  • Updating computer record for maintenance clients and contracts
  • Follow up the Account Receivable of outstanding payment
  • Issuing debit notes
  • Supervising clerical staff
  • Performing other duties as and when required

 Requirements:

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in administration field, preferably in lift industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

*Fresh graduates will be consideration for Junior position
