Care Consultant
Job Highlight
Job Description
At Evercare, our mission is to enable our loved ones to age safely and with dignity in the comforts of their homes. The Care Consultant plays a critical role in driving this mission forward — by bringing in new clients to our home care business and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
This is a sales-focused role with clear targets and a strong emphasis on lead conversion. While your main responsibility is to grow our client base, you will also collaborate with our Account Management and Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to service delivery — and may occasionally support account management as needed.
What You'll Do:
-
Proactively follow up on inbound care enquiries and own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to service conversion
-
Conduct client consultations and needs assessments to propose tailored home care solutions
-
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition
-
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handover and positive start-of-care experience
-
Maintain accurate records of leads, progress, and performance in our CRM system
-
Identify and act on sales opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell potential
-
Represent Evercare in community outreach and liaise with external stakeholders (e.g., hospitals, NGOs, referral partners) to build new client pipelines
-
Support in CCSV (Community Care Service Voucher) program enrolment and enquiries, when required
-
Collaborate with the wider Home Care and Operations team to deliver quality and timely service to new and existing clients
-
Occasionally assist in managing client accounts during high-volume periods or when needed
You’ll Be a Good Fit if You Have / Can / Are:
-
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer-Facing roles
-
A proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese and English
-
Experience or understanding of home care, healthcare, or social work is a plus
-
Familiarity with the CCSV program is a strong advantage
-
Data-driven mindset and comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets
-
Proactive, resourceful, and excited to take ownership of results
-
Empathetic and motivated by improving the lives of the elderly and their families
-
Able to work a 5-day work week, including occasional weekends
Why Join Us?
You’ll be joining a passionate, mission-driven team at the heart of transforming home-based care in Hong Kong. As a Care Consultant, you’ll make a direct impact by helping families access safe, reliable care — while growing in a high-performance, supportive culture.
