Role Overview:

As a Manager in EY-Parthenon's Real Estate Advisory team in Hong Kong, you will lead strategic engagements that help clients unlock value across the real estate lifecycle. You will work with corporates, investors, developers, and government bodies to deliver data-driven insights, investment strategies, and transaction support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead real estate advisory projects, including valuations, financial model builds, and development feasibility studies.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
• Participate in corporate finance projects including capital raising as well as buy and sell-side mandates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across audit, tax, infrastructure, and restructuring.
• Prepare and present high-impact client deliverables, including investment memos, board presentations, and strategic reports.
• Support origination and business development efforts, including proposals and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MHKIS, CFA, CPA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• 6–8 years of experience in real estate advisory, valuation, or investment. Applicants with less experience (typically 3–5 years) may be considered for a Senior Consultant position.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong and Greater China real estate markets, valuation techniques, and investment principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver strategic insights.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
