Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in market research agencies or in related client-side insight roles.

• Candidates with 8+ years experience will also be considered for consulting manager roles.

• Experienced quantitative and/or qualitative Researchers – consumer panel experience also considered.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential. Mandarin is an advantage.

• University graduate in marketing, business studies, statistics, social science or related fields.

• Successful track record in new business development and building partnerships with clients.

• Achieving Revenue targets for ongoing and newly developed business.

• Energised by a dynamic, fast-paced and fluid consultancy environment of changing challenges.

• Proven in team leadership and people development.
