Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor international roaming business revenue, traffic and user behavior data, producing analytical reports to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop, track and control business budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and achievement of financial targets
- Manage and optimize sales and service channels for international roaming, enhancing channel efficiency, coverage and partner performance through policies and incentive mechanisms
- Oversee international roaming customer service quality, handling complex complaints and escalations to improve the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with customer service teams to optimize processes, knowledge bases and training programs for greater service efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Business Analytics, Marketing, Management or related fields preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with familiarity in international roaming operations, carrier cooperation models and business processes
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and strong data interpretation and report-writing skills
- Proven channel management capabilities
- Experience in partner management or business development is a plus
Excellent presentation skills, ability to report to management in Chinese and English
