Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manage and update multiple e-commerce platforms
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and content
- Handle customer inquiries and order fulfilment
- Analyse sales and website data to optimise online performance
- Support central inventory management and logistics coordination
-Assist E-Commerce Administrative duties
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of e-commerce or retail marketing experience
- Hands-on with Shopify (required) and HKTV Mall (strongly preferred)
- Strong customer-service skills and clear communication
- Data-driven mindset with solid problem-solving ability
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively
- Able to work independently and self-motivate
- Immediate is highly preferred
