Product Development Executive (Textile and Smart Wearables)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize programming software (e.g., Stoll M1 Plus, Shima Seiki) to create and modify knitting patterns and designs
• Operate and maintain various knitting machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output
• Assess and select appropriate textile materials based on their characteristics and applications in knitted products
• Awareness of the connection between textiles and smart wearables
• Work closely with the design team to develop innovative knitted products, providing insights on feasibility and production techniques
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, troubleshooting any issues related to appearance or sizing
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in textiles or related disciplines, preferably with a focus on knitting
• Excellent knowledgeable about Shima Seiki equipment and garment technology
• Strong understanding of the characteristics and applications of textile materials
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
• Station in Dongguan from Monday to Friday
