IT Sales Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Sales Specialist to drive our cybersecurity services into the SMB and enterprise sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engaging with small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises, understanding their operational needs, and navigating complex decision-making processes. You will play a key role in building relationships with business owners, IT managers, and key decision-makers to promote our tailored cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with client to understand their cybersecurity needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, IT managers, and key decision-makers.
• Present and pitch our cybersecurity services, highlighting their benefits for business operations and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with our technical team to design solutions that align with business IT systems and operational requirements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the SMB and enterprise sector.
• Stay informed about trends in business technology and cybersecurity to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the web3, securities, education or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business operations, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
