Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, document filing and maintaining office supplies
  2. Handling all aspects of payroll administration including monthly payroll, MPF & leave calculation, salaries tax, etc.
  3. Assisting with the preparation of quotations, invoices and other documentation
  4. Providing communication, coordination, and administrative support to the project team
  5. Performing ad hoc duties as assigned
  6. Occasional off-site work, such as collecting letters, documents and parcels is required

Job Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in Construction / Engineering or related industry
  3. Quick learner, detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multi-task
  4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  5. Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Input
  6. Immediate availability is highly preferred
