Job Description:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, document filing and maintaining office supplies
- Handling all aspects of payroll administration including monthly payroll, MPF & leave calculation, salaries tax, etc.
- Assisting with the preparation of quotations, invoices and other documentation
- Providing communication, coordination, and administrative support to the project team
- Performing ad hoc duties as assigned
- Occasional off-site work, such as collecting letters, documents and parcels is required
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in Construction / Engineering or related industry
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, able to work independently and handle multi-task
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Input
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
