Major Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration tasks;
- Enter client and vendor information into various databases;
- Answer telephone calls, take messages and handle in a satisfactory manner;
- Prepare and update staff records and contact lists;
- Maintain an effective filing system.
Requirements:
- Diploma / degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline;
- Minimum 1 year working experience;
- Customer oriented, good tone and manner in handling phone calls;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- A good team player, dedicated and thorough follow-up skills;
- Familiar with Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Presentable, detail-minded and well-organized;
- Immediately available is preferred;
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
