Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration tasks;
  • Enter client and vendor information into various databases;
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages and handle in a satisfactory manner;
  • Prepare and update staff records and contact lists;
  • Maintain an effective filing system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline;
  • Minimum 1 year working experience;
  • Customer oriented, good tone and manner in handling phone calls;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • A good team player, dedicated and thorough follow-up skills;
  • Familiar with Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Presentable, detail-minded and well-organized;
  • Immediately available is preferred;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
