Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the waiting list and seating chart, ensuring timely seating for guests.
- Take reservations and answer phone inquiries regarding dining options and wait times.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
- Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the entrance and dining area.
- Address guest complaints and feedback in a friendly and professional manner.
- Uphold health and safety standards and guidelines.
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team player with a passion for delivering excellent service.
