Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage pairings, to assist guests with recommendations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Monitor sales and suggest improvements to boost revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Oversee the flow of service, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the dining area.
- Supervise and train servers and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
Requirement:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
