Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage pairings, to assist guests with recommendations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Monitor sales and suggest improvements to boost revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Oversee the flow of service, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the dining area.
  • Supervise and train servers and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.

 

Requirement: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
