Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.  
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Ensure that food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and enhance guest engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage food and beverage costs.
  • Assist with budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting, monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, assist in scheduling and performance evaluations.

 

Requirement: 

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and pricing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
