Job Opening: Maritime Network Information System O&M Engineer

Location: Hong Kong / Shenzhen
1. Develop standards and management protocols for vessel office IT systems, networks, and information security.
2. Conduct vessel network security monitoring and risk assessments, lead cybersecurity training programs, and implement protective measures.
3. Provide remote/on-site technical support for vessel network systems, resolve issues related to configuration, system faults, and security breaches, and ensure stable operations.
4. Assist project teams in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing vessel-related hardware/software digital systems.
5. Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the department head.
II. Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields; 3+ years of IT network operations or relevant experience.
2. Proficient in vessel communication/navigation principles and network architecture; familiarity with maritime cybersecurity regulations (e.g., IMO, ISO/SAE 21434).
3. Technical mastery in:
1. Firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention (IDS/IPS), security auditing.
2. Industry-standard tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nessus, SIEM solutions).
4. Strong sense of responsibility, stress tolerance, cross-department collaboration skills, and teamwork mindset.
5. Fluent English; excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
