Management Trainee Programme

We are the headquarter of one of the leading educational service providers in Hong Kong. In order to be sustainable in the rapid growth industry, we have launched a 24-month Graduate Management Trainee programme to nature young talents who are interested in education management to take up executive-level positions.

Structure of the Programme :

·           A 24-month appointment

·           3-4 job placements in different departments

·           Regular professional training sessions and comprehensive on-the-job training by professional trainers

·           Guidance and coaching by mentor

·           MT with outstanding performance will be offered appointment at managerial level

Requirements:

·           Recent University Graduate / Post-graduate in any disciplines

·           Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·           Aggressive, self-motivated, a good team player and proactive to learn

·           Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, as well as strategic planning skills
