Technical Support / Application Support Assistant

Objectives of the Position

Assist our application support team for daily supporting tasks include O365/SharePoint/Teams/One drive.

What You'll Do:

• Provide IT support for in-house staff.
• Maintain web-based systems / applications.
• Collect user requirements and prepare documentation.
• Training employees in using software and hardware and providing technical support.
• Maintenance IT documentation
• Perform PC Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Assist for web platform application operation task and problem solving.
• Co-work with vendor to perform IT support activities.

 What You Have:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-2 years working experience in Deskside IT support.
• Self-motivation with quick response times
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Be a good team player and able to learn and work independently under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant role
