Job Description

· 營運： 協助店長管理餐廳的日常營運，包括開店關店、庫存管理、食品安全與衛生，確保所有流程符合公司標準。 · 團隊領導與發展： 招募、培訓及帶領一支充滿活力的團隊。負責員工排班、績效評估，並培養團隊成員的成長，營造積極協作的工作環境。 · 顧客至上： 確保每一位顧客都能享受到快速、友善且符合Jollibee品牌承諾的服務體驗。 要求： · 具備餐飲服務業至少3年以上的管理經驗（連鎖快餐業經驗者優先）。 · 卓越的領導、溝通和人際交往能力，能夠激勵多元化的團隊。 · 精通食品安全規範，對品質和細節有毫不妥協的堅持。 · 充滿活力、積極主動，能在快節奏的環境中應對壓力和挑戰。 · 認同Jollibee的價值觀。 · 願意在週末、假日彈性工作，並能長時間站立工作。 · 中學或以上學歷。
