Job Description
St. Paul’s College is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as School Development Director. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by strengthening our alumni network, spearheading fundraising efforts, and collaborating closely with St. Paul’s College Primary School. The ideal candidate should have a strong affiliation with the College and a deep understanding of our values and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and strengthen our alumni community, fostering a sense of pride and connection with St. Paul’s College (SPC).
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including donor cultivation, grant applications, and event planning, to support the growth and development of the College.
- Collaborate closely with St. Paul’s College Primary School (SPCPS) to coordinate and align fundraising efforts and alumni engagement activities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and community partners.
- Effectively promote the College's achievements, goals, and initiatives to the community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in alumni relations, fundraising, or development, preferably within an educational institution or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey the College's mission and vision to various parties.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage projects, and achieve fundraising targets.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate efforts across different departments.
