Assistant Account Manager, Luxury Visual Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact with assigned accounts, and the expert on our clients’ business and markets.

• Develop deep understanding on luxury markets in our Asia Pacific coverage (specifically on Hong Kong & Macau, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Oceania).

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the assigned accounts and internal stakeholders on a regional level.

• Follow-through on projects with Project Managers & Creative Team to ensure the execution is aligned to client expectations.

• Develops a sense of ownership of projects and passion for assignments.

• Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the Team to deliver quality work better and more professional.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Design, Marketing & Public Relations.

• 5+ Years Relevant Experience in Visual Merchandising Agency

• 3+ Years Relevant Experience in the Perfume & Cosmetics sector.

• Relevant Experience in Travel Retail is a plus.

• Relevant Experience in Luxury Brands, Events or Marketing is a plus.

• Sound knowledge of luxury industry in multiple categories (i.e. Wine & Spirits, Watches & Jewellery, Fashion…etc) across Asia Pacific is a plus.

• Strong command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Excellent written English and Chinese

• Flawless attention to detail

• Detail-Oriented, Organized and Dedicated, Proactive and Enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions. Less experienced candidate will be considered as Account Executive.
