Requirements:

At least 8 years’ working experience in property management of which at least 3 years in supervisory capacity
Experience in managing portfolio of commercial and residential properties
Holder of MCIH/MHKIH
Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License
Degree/Diploma in Property Management or related discipline
Well-versed with the DMC and BMO
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
