Scope
You will be responsible for managing the reporting of the overall IT Portfolio and will be involved in improving the consistency, data accuracy, project overall performance management of IT Projects.
What You Will Do
- Work with IT functions to acquire data from relevant and secure data sources
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical technique and provide ongoing reports and presentations
- Track and report project and portfolio metrics to IT Management and Stakeholders
- Create compelling presentations
- Create compelling facts, figures – supported by trends to articulate findings
- Develop automation tools for daily operation usage
- Manage the data analysis of IT systems and operational data for Management reporting
What We Expect From You
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of which is IT related, preferably in programming languages such as VBA or Python etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Passionate about figures, technology and big data analytics
- Strong knowledge of and experience in reporting and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficiency in MS Office Automation and strong macros skill
- Knowledge in PowerBI or other analytical software is an advantage
- Knowledge in IT technology portfolio and project management
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Outstanding fresh graduates with IT/programming knowledge may be considered for an entry level position
- You will be based in Hong Kong for this role
