Warehouse Assistant Supervisor / Air Export

Job Descriptions:

Daily works include, but not limited to:

• Supervising warehouse sub-contractors and daily activities.

• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage of goods and materials.

• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

• Ensuring proper handling, storage, recording, and usage of materials.

• Supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and inventory checks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above; a diploma in warehouse logistics or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience as a warehouse/air export operation or in a similar position.

• Shift night duty is required.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

• Candidates should have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

• Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving materials.

• Preferably with experience in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory systems.
