Assistant Store Manager [MLB]

We are looking for a high calibre to join our retail team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all daily operations of the store

• Lead, develop and motivate front line staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Assist the Store Manager in analyzing of store performance, sales data, KPI and suggesting effective action plans to improve business performance

• Ensure product mix and inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales volume and control inventory

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulations, operation policies and procedures.

• Conduct monthly coaching/counselling sessions with front-line staff to review performance and provide constructive and timely feedback

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

• At least 5 years of work experience in fashion retail industry with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory level

• Flexible, presentable, cheerful and detail-minded with strong leadership skills

• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin and English

• Able to work shift duty on weekends & public holidays
