Systems Engineer (Post-sales)

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support complex IT systems and infrastructure, including SAN storage, NAS storage, servers and virtualization applications,
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve them,
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, procedures, and policies,
• Participate in project planning and execution, and ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met,
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed,
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide guidance and recommendations to the team and customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology, or related field,
• 3+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and supporting complex IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on SAN and NAS Storage and infrastructure applications,
• Preference for candidates with a certification related to SAN/NAS systems,
• Strong knowledge of SAN and NAS storage, server and virtualization technologies, such as Broadcom, NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, Microsoft Hyper-V,
• Experience with infrastructure knowledge, such as CIFS, NFS, FCP, iSCSI, DNS, Active Directory…etc,
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment,
• Willingness to learn and participate  on-job training.
