Senior Manager - Nutrition & Wellness

Responsibilities:

- Overall performance, development and implementation of marketing programs for the assigned comprehensive range of food supplement and healthcare products, including brand building, portfolio management, new product launch, promotion, training, stock management etc., to achieve short-term and long-term business goals.

- Identify innovative pipeline opportunities, align with global and regional teams to understand latest brand/product development and news, implement relevant initiatives to ensure healthy growth of the assigned range.

- Develop go-to-market plans for marketing initiatives, including launch programs, launch materials, collaterals, product labels, etc to ensure excellent and on time execution.

- Work to ensure that the assigned brand(s) remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers.

- Lead brand communication initiative and integrate company resources to support the health growth of key brands.

- Liaise with external and internal parties such as other functional departments to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall goals.

- Measure and analyze customer campaign execution, including offers, and regularly track and monitor against goals and adjust marketing strategies as needed to meet objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competition movements, and consumer insight to explore potential market and maximize sales growth opportunity for the assigned brand(s).

- Monitor and evaluate marketing budgets and product P&L

- Lead and coach team members to contribute to success of marketing initiatives.

- Lead a team of nutritionists to provide excellent consultancy services.

Requirements：

- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Nutrition, Dietetics related disciplines

- 8-10 years solid experience with at least 2-3 years’ managerial experience, preferably in food supplement, healthcare or nutritional products

- Good communication and presentation skills with excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese

- Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to articulate business objectives

- Strong leadership, project management, problem solving skills; creative and high attention to details

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager - Nutrition & Wellness.
