TECHNICAL OFFICER

Responsibilities

• To carry out the A&A works and renovation works
• Liaise with internal parties and contractors to resolve operational problems in building facilities and prepare technical specification for upgrading/ enhancement works
• Monitor and supervise daily operations & maintenance of E&M facilities
• Quotation & tendering document preparation and analysis

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Building Study or related disciplines
• Not less than 3 years working experience in related works for commercial office / shopping arcade is preferred
• Experience in Property & Facilities Management or Consultant is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good PC skills; and preferably in AutoCAD
