Bunker Trading Officer (Ref: BTO)

Job Description

• Report to the Department Manager, formulate and implement effective sales strategy and promotion plans.
• Assess market potential and proactively develop new businesses in order to achieve and exceed company set sales targets and budgets.
• Develop and maintain good and close business relationship with customers and intermediaries.
• Analyze risk exposure and help determining appropriate actions.
• Provide regular and timely reports to management on all sales activities.

• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Development, Risk Management, Sales and Marketing and Corporate Finance Management is preferred.
• At least 2 years of bunker trade experience is a MUST.
• Good knowledge in ISM regulations is preferred. Solid knowledge on port operation is a definite asset.
• Familiar with SFC rules and financial services activities (Securities and Futures Trading) preferred.
• Self motivated with strong business development skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Sharp business sense with strategic mind and superb analytical skills.
• Good leadership and management skills, positive attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, good Knowledge in using MS Office, Excel and Chinese Input.
• Immediate available is preferred.
