What you'll be doing...…

• Collaborate closely with the internal merchandising team and suppliers
• Manage and track delivery arrangements with forwarders and suppliers
• Oversee booking, export documentation, and customer payments
• Handling full set of Import / Export documents (Experience with SEA, & USA documents is preferable)
• Prepare shipment related documents.
• Provide assistance with general office tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.

What we're looking for....

• F. 5 level / HKDSE or higher
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/logistics

• Skilled in Microsoft office : Word and Excel

• Proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-driven, capable of working independently and completing assigned tasks
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
• High level of responsibility and accountability.
