Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting office’s relocation project;
  • Organize external liaison work and handle logistical services;
  • Manage office facilities, supplies procurement, expense reimbursement and other routine administrative affairs;
  • Assisting organize company activities;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
  • Understand Chinese companies corporate culture.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of administrative and project management experience, with experience in large relocation projects preferred;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English, proficient in Office software;
  • Attention to detail, with strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

行政綜合崗

工作職責:

  • 協助公司搬遷項目的協調工作;
  • 組織對外聯繫工作,辦理後勤服務工作;
  • 管理辦公設施、用品採購及費用報銷等常規行政事務;
  • 協助組織公司活動工作;
  • 完成主管交辦的其他事務;
  • 瞭解中資企業文化。

任職資格:

  • 學士學位,主修工商管理、行政或相關領域優先;
  • 至少3年行政工作及項目管理經驗,具大型搬遷專案經驗者更佳;
  • 出色的中英文書寫及口語能力,熟練使用Office辦公軟體;
  • 注重細節,具備優秀的談判、協調及解決問題能力。
