Management Trainee (work location: Shenzhen)

The Management Trainee (MT) Program is designed to develop a pipeline of future leaders for Lever Style and provide a high-quality talent pool to sustain business growth. This role is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Understand and adhere to Lever Style organizational culture and values, performance standard, policies and behaviour.

2. Contribute to corporate strategy, planning, solution and process development.

3. Develop functional skills and absorb professional knowledge quickly.

4. Support the delivery of high-quality supply chain solutions to fashion brands and customers so as to drive revenue and profit.

5. Insightful and analytical on industrial dynamics, product category development, fashion trend, consumer preference and behavior, market competition, etc.

6. Participate in full business life-cycle from product design, sample development, bulk production, to order fulfillment.

7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.



CANDIDATE SPCIFICATION:

1. Bachelor degree or above, from a leading university in the field of business management, international trade, supply chain, e-commerce, or retail.

2. Numerical and data analytical.

3. Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

4. Open-minded, resourceful and passionate to challenge conventional wisdom.

5. Excellent communication skills, quick learning ability and networking agility.

6. Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision.

7. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environment.
