About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development/Sales Person to join our rapidly growing AI avatar video generation platform in Hong Kong. Our innovative AI-powered solution transforms the video creation process, enabling businesses to efficiently create training, explainer, advertising, and other types of professional videos with ease This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the small business landscape, driving adoption of cutting-edge technology while collaborating with a dynamic and innovative team that nurtures professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership：Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from client lead generation and business development to implementation and post-sale follow up. 
• Strategic Planning：Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. 
• Client Relationship Management：Identify and articulate unique selling propositions, align them with client needs, and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaboration：Partner with marketing to refine sales campaigns, promote services, and drive product improvement through client feedback.
• Market Intelligence：Stay updated on AI industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and identify new growth areas.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 year of experience in AI software or SaaS sales, ideally within the business segment or agencies.  Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong ability to understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
• Growth Mindset: Driven, self-motivated, and ambitious, with a desire to advance into a Senior Manager or Team Lead role.

Qualifications

• Bachelorʼs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in AI, video creation tools, or digital marketing platforms is a strong advantage.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
