About the role

Join TLD Asia Limited as a Spare Parts Sales professional, based in Admiralty, Central and Western District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of spare parts to our valued customers, ensuring they receive the high-quality products and exceptional service they expect from our company.

What you'll be doing

• To prospect for business opportunities in both existing and new customers, and grow the parts business in Southeast Asia, through direct selling as well as managing some of the business through agents/distributors
• Effectively work for spare parts sales like quotation preparation and order handling to achieve sales budget and KPI
• Work closely with sales managers, service team, and factories to seek for sales opportunities and support customers in a timely manner
• Handle procurements of overseas and local suppliers and secure prompt parts delivery
• Payment follow-up on customer accounts
• Handle Ad hoc job duties from manager

What we're looking for

• Diploma, or above
• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in sales / procurement / merchandising; spare parts sales related to car industry or industrial machinery is preferred
• Self-discipline, initiative and independence to work with proactive sales attitude and incentive to capture and increase market shares
• Good team player with interpersonal skill and willing to learn
• IT application skills inclusive of good command in MS Office applications (e.g. Outlook/Word/ Excel) and experience in any ERP system operation skill
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
