Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling inbound and out-bound calls in a timely and professional manner;
- Make warm calls in providing accurate and update information to existing customers;
- Maintain good customers relationships
Requirements:
- HKCEE/ DSE or above, fresh graduates are welcome;
- Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred;
- Customer-focused with positive working attitude, pleasant;
- Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin
- Chinese and English word processing.
