Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling inbound and out-bound calls in a timely and professional manner;
  • Make warm calls in providing accurate and update information to existing customers;
  • Maintain good customers relationships



Requirements:

  • HKCEE/ DSE or above, fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred;
  • Customer-focused with positive working attitude, pleasant;
  • Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin
  • Chinese and English word processing.
