Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a Technical Support Supervisor to oversee the technical and facilities management, safety, and coordination matters for our operations. If you have a strong background in the construction and facilities sector and are looking for a challenging role, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall technical and facilities management, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.
• Expedite procurement of necessary parts and draft assignment briefs for tenders or quotations.
• Supervise and guide Technicians to enhance performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor project timelines, and ensure safety compliance during all phases of work.
• Manage repair and maintenance term contracts or similar work, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or higher is MUST.

• Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in the Hong Kong construction industry, including at least 3 years of experience in handling repair and maintenance term contracts or similar work.
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese; competency in spoken and written English is acceptable.
• Holding a Safety Supervisor Certificate is required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience or a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A may be considered for the Technician position.
