Studio Sales & Client Experience Executive

Responsibilities 工作職責

• Welcome clients and make them feel at home 接待客戶，營造溫馨友善的影樓體驗
• Help clients choose the right packages and products 了解客戶需求，推薦合適的攝影套餐及產品
• Handle bookings and follow up with leads 安排拍攝時間、管理預約並跟進潛在客戶
• Upsell prints, albums, and studio offerings 推銷相片、相冊及其他影樓產品
• Resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction 解答查詢、處理投訴，確保客戶滿意而歸
• Support marketing and social media efforts 協助宣傳活動及社交媒體推廣
• Work closely with photographers and editors 與攝影師及編輯團隊- 緊密合作，確保流程順暢

• Maintain a clean and inviting studio space 保持影樓整潔舒適，讓客戶有賓至如歸的感覺
  

Requirements 職位要求

• Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented 友善外向，喜歡與人互動
• Experience in sales or customer service (retail/hospitality a plus) 有銷售或客戶服務經驗（零售或酒店業尤佳）
• Passionate about photography and storytelling 對攝影和視覺故事充滿熱情
• Detail-oriented and organized 注重細節，具備良好組織及解難能力
• Available to work on weekends 可於週末工作
• Open to full-time or part-time roles 接受全職或兼職工作
